62,5 cm barrels of Krupp steel, side by side shotgun combined with o/u double rifle, choked cylinder & 1/2, engine-turned rib, gold inlaid name of the well renowned German Imperial warrant holder, iron sight with additional folding leaf, extractor, doll's head, nicely shaped fences, blued and punched action decorated with gold inlaid ornaments, back-action sidelocks, cocking indicators, intercepting sears, Greener safety on the left lockplate, Sicherung am linken Schlossblech, barrel selector in place of the usual top lever, underlever in French style, double trigger with single set trigger in both blades, horn trigger guard, elongated to the steel pistol grip cap, walnut stock (buttstock probably restocked) with fleur-de-lis chequering on the fore-end, Deeleylatch, oval cheekpiece, horn buttplate 36 cm, sling swivels, 3,1 kg, year of manufacture presumably before 1914, in Austria obsolete German proof, technically interesting rare luxury hunting arm in expertly restored condition 2-3.
