74 cm rifled octagonal barrel, twist Damascus, inscribed on top "William Parson, Swaffham, Norfolk", dovetailed open sights, square short action, engraved with foliate scroll and maker's name in banner, drilled and tapped for the air reservoir, hammer on the right hand side of the action, forged trigger guard, walnut stock, fine chequering, engraved steel buttplate 35 cm, short fore-end, horn tip, wedge fastener, ramrod with brass tip, with sphere-shaped air reservoir including lid and spanner, as well as a hand operated pump made from twist Damascus, wooden handles, and a 74 cm smooth exchangeable barrel, octagonal at the breech tapering to round, also from twist Damascus, year of manufacture around 1800, condition due to some rust on the rifled barrel IV.
