66 cm barrels, file-cut quarter rib, gold inlaid maker's name, express sights with 2 additional folding leaves, colour hardened action with typical bold scroll engraving, Acanthus leaf carved fences, leg-of-mutton shaped "dipped edge" lockplates, bar-action sidelocks, intercepting sears, disc-set strikers, double triggers, automatic sliding tang safety with stalking safety, gold inlaid "Safe", straight grained walnut stock with drop points, pistol grip, horn buttplate 37,5 cm, fore-end with lever fastener, gold stock oval engraved with monogram, sling swivels, German claw mounted Kahles Helia S 1,1-4,5x20, reticule 7A, year of manufacture 1906, in its maker's oak and leather case with trade label and all accessories, made in 1906 originally for .400/350 Express, when this cartridge was obsolete the makers (at that time Mr Paul Roberts) rebored the barrels and restored the rifle, London reproof 1989, due to marks of use condition 3.
