Based on the British Navy flare pistol Webley & Scott Mk. III this line thrower has been designed adding a 35 cm tube calibre 51 mm with a handle during the inter-war period. Steel parts are heavily corroded, the brass parts are in fair condition. These devices were in common use during WWII with the Royal Navy as well as with the merchant navy of Britain. Rare collector's piece, condition IV-V.
