Austro-Hungary, infantry officer's sabre M.1862, commemorative

Commemorative sabre with 82.5 cm long blade with short back edge, double fluted, the ricasso stamped as follows: "Weyersberg & Co. Solingen". The blade etched with floral design and trophies, inscription on both sides "für Recht und Ehre" / "Die Lehrerabteilung 1. Komp. 1. Zug. 1912". The grip covered with sharkskin and with silver wire winding, scabbard with sabre dome (Honvéd - red centre stripe) and short hanger. Gold officer's "Ketterl" sword knot with initials "FJI", condition II-III.
