73 cm long stick-back blade, in the 3rd quarter etched cartouche with anchor beneath crown / double-headed eagle on both sides, nickel-plated, marked "Ludwig Zeitler Vienna VIII [.... ]", slight pitting at the basket, asymmetrical pierced brass basket with double eagle and nautical depictions, grip with fish-skin and twisted brass wire winding, black leather covered wooden scabbard with raised brass fittings, red shock felt, sabre link and gold officer's sword knot ("FJI"). Condition II-III.
