dress form not included, can be purchased on request for € 40,--: Cuirass for the ranks of lieutenant to cavalry captain of the Imperial and Royal Cuirassiers. Cuirassiers (for staff officers the brass breastplate was extended to the bottom). Complete with strapping, black lacquered breastplate made of sheet iron, except for the neck part bordered with a brass band, which is fastened with ball-head rivets, the edge bordered with red cloth (traces of wear), lined with white leather. Extremely rare as an original, the present example has obviously been reproduced in modern times with certain original parts. Condition II-III.
