First industrially manufactured repeating pistol from the USA from the 1850ies, the caseless cartridges contained loads in the hollow bullets, loaded by a tubular magazine beneath the 3,5 " barrel. brass action with slight floral engraving, smooth walnut grips. address and patent dates on top of the barrel. Steel parts heavily spotted without pitting, a classic of firearms history in condition III.
