66 cm detachable barrel, front sight with folding night sight, express sight with 2 additional folding leaves, Mauser receiver with small receiver ring, engraved with border and small scroll, thumbhole cut-out, bolt shroud of Swedish type with shortened flag type safety, cocks on closing, flat bolt handle, altered magazine inscribed "FITTED WITH EDWARD'S PATENT magazine", on the left a Cut off lever, double set trigger, detachment screw on the left of receiver ring, fore-end detachable with Deeley latch, detachment hindered by later added mount bases (stock has to be taken off), walnut stock, pistol grip, oval cheekpiece, horn buttplate 35,5 cm, sling eyes, year of manufacture around 1900, condition 3.
