66 cm long browned Damascus barrels, stepped rib, doll's head with third grip, inscribed "No. 1", choked cylinder and cylinder, extractors, Anson & Deeley action with fine rose- and scroll engraving, automatic sliding tang safety, double triggers, grained walnut stock with drop points, Prince-of-Wales-grip with carved horn tip, left lower stock head with an old repair, blank gold stock oval, short fore-end with lever fastener, 71 cm long exchangeable barrels choked 1/4 and 3/4, engraved with maker's name "Rowland Watson", thus a little loose when fore-end is taken off, in an oak and leather case with maker's trade label "Boss - London", 2,6 kg, year of manufacture about 1900, British proof before 1945, condition 3.
