13 cm octagonal smooth barrel, browned, engraved tang, top side inscribed "H Mortimer London", illegible proof marks, brass bead, flat lockplate, 50% engraved, flat hammer, walnut full stock with classic London grip without chequering, walnut ramrod with bone tip held a steel pipe, engraved steel trigger guard with pineapple ferule end, barrel held in place by silver bound wedge, blank silver shield for initials on tang, made about 1840, handy gun in good condition, a few drying cracks to the left side of the stock, condition III.
