119 cm barrel, heavily swamped muzzle, deep rifling, on muzzle, breech end and near rear sight with gold washed ornaments, 4 brass barrel bands with engraved decoration, flintlock of a British Land Pattern musket "Brown Bess", stamped with Royal crown above illegible inscription, dated 1788, walnut stock in typical Jezail shape with rubbed carvings and mother of pearl intarsia, historic original gun presumably from the second half of the 19th century, total length164 cm, condition III-IV.
