Finland was known to use various international rifles and pistols for her armed forces units, as her own industry was not up to scratch before the winter war 1939/40 against the USSR. So this original Czechoslovakian service pistol (acceptance mark "J lion 37") presumably came through Germany to Finland. Here it got an owner's mark in a rounded square "SA" (Suomen Armeija) of the Finnish army. The arm is in good original condition with about 70% original finish, rubbed and spotty on the usual exposed places. without proof - interesting collector's item! condition III.
