71 cm barrels of Böhler Rasant with flat engine-turned rib, folding rear sight, choked 3/4 & full, extractor, bright action, untypical bold scroll engraving, bar-action sidelocks, inscribed with "Holland & Holland", intercepting sears, automatic sliding tang safety, double triggers, straight grained (presumably renewed) walnut stock, pistol grip with horn cap, inlaid with a silver oval engraved with an initial beneath a count's coronet, horn buttplate, 37 cm, fore-end with Deeley latch, year of manufacture before 1914 as Paradox gun, old London View-Mark faintly visible at the action flats, engraving presumably Ferlach, rebarelled in Ferlach, re-proof 1980, condition 3.
