75 cm long single-edged blade with short back edge, double fluted, the ricasso stamped as follows: "Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co., Solingen", the grip covered with sharkskin like the officers saber and with silver wire winding, nickel plated, black leather covered wooden scabbard with nickel plated mouth and breech plate, saber pouch (presumably bayonet pouch for the Gendarmerie from the 1950s), condition III.
