The basic cloth of the tunic is dark blue, almost black, the stand-up collar, the cuffs tapering to the top and all skirt edge flaps are made of crimson levelling cloth. Two silver-embroidered stars of distinction on each collar, the cuffs with silver 'bear paws', a row of six smooth, silver-plated buttons, the curved lap pocket flaps on the back set with three identical buttons each. A small, smooth, silver-plated, hemispherical button sits on the upper end of the pointed gold braid of the braid trim on the cuffs of each sleeve, the back of the cuffs has a small, smooth, silver-plated button at the upper end. The inside of the bodice is lined with beige fabric and the lap part of the skirt is lined with black silk. A tailor's label of 'Thek Janos, Pozsony (Bratislava)' is sewn onto the bodice lining. Very good condition. Attached the yellow silk officer's field ribbon (FJI) as well as 2 decorations (Signum Laudis, commemorative medal 1898). The Hungarian Infantry Regiment 82 carried the crimson levelling colour and silver buttons. Condition II.
