Matching numbers as far as evident except magazine, good barrel, used condition - typical for a WW2 ordnance rifle. The present self-loading rifle was the first one designed by Fyodor Tokarev for the Soviet Army and introduced to the military. It was followed by various improved models. Tokarev was one of the most outstanding Russian weapon designers and is also best known for his TT-33 pistol.
