Barrel length 10 cm (4"), oveall lenght 22 cm (8,7"), weight 0,89 kg, made around 1920, valid German proof "Krone über N", condition 2-3.
Original finish with traces of use, good barrel, matching folding magazine with wooden base (not matching numbers). Finland imported a large number of Parabellum pistols of the basic P08 model also in 7.65 Parabellum caliber from DWM starting around 1920. Our present specimen, while not stamped to indicate Finland, is almost certainly from the civilian shipments beginning in 1920 for the then young country in Scandinavia. In 1923, these weapons were officially introduced into the Finnish Army, although they had been used several years earlier. The numbering of the parts is sparse compared to German military pistols.
