The SIG 210 pistol was developed in the 1940s by the Swiss Industrial Company in Schaffhausen at the Rhine Falls and replaced the various models of Swiss Parabellum pistols and the Revolver 29 in the Swiss Army from 1949 onwards. It impresses with its proverbial Swiss precision and is therefore also very popular with sport shooters and in the civilian sector.
