Barrel length 76 cm (30“), stock length 35 cm (14“), total length 112 cm (44“), choke 1/2 & 1/4 (M & IC), weight 2.9 kg, built before 1900, English proof, condition off Defect 3. Damascus barrels, concave rail inlaid with „Joseph Lang & Sons 22 Cockspur Street Haymarket London“, brass front sight, extractor, firing pins that can be removed from the front, receiver decorative side plates and fences engraved with arabesque motifs, „Lang Patents“ noted along with a rotating safety on the tang, opening lever (also cocking lever) and trigger guard dark blued, double trigger with evasive blade, evenly grained walnut stock with fine checkering, tear-off forend, straight buttstock with blank monogram plate and plastic butt cap. Defect: tear-off forend with crack in the middle. Particularly interesting shotgun for system collectors with the patented opening lever that was used at the beginning of the movement acts as cocking lever.
