Swiss ordnance pistol of the first generation. So called (see BOBBA, Parabellum) series 2a, variation 4a: 125 mm long barrel, DWM monogram on the front toogle link, Swiss Cross within star burst on chamber, all numbers matching, original finish of ca. 92% blueish black blueing. A little bit worn off at the edges and on grip, small parts yellow tempered. Nice walnut grip panels with crisp checkering, original magazine. Safety lever with longitudinal fluting, very good bore. Comes with an original Swiss military holster, made by W. Spiegelberg, Aarburg in 1904 with the pistol serial # written into it. Very good specimen of an early Swiss service Luger. No valid proof - condition I-II.
