Mauser took over the original Luger machinery in the 1970s form the Swiss Arms Factory of Bern. A production of commemorative Luger pistols lasted for a few years in Oberndorf. Our specimen was made like a Swiss model of 1906: 120 mm long barrel, "Mausertonne" with "Original" above it at the front toogle link, Swiss Cross in starburst on chamber, German proof of 1975, barrel marked with ".30 Luger" and gripframe with company name. On lhs inscription "75 Jahre Parabellum-Pistole 1900-1975" in gold inlay. High gloss black blueing, small parts straw hardened, walnut grip panels with crisp checkering. New condition, in original case with extra magazine, tool, cleaning rod and manual. Condition I.
