3 inch barrel, aluminium grip frame, chequered walnut grips with "COLT" medallion. Retaining much original blued finish. The Courier was manufactured between 1953 and 1956 with only approximately 3,000 units being produced in this time. Based upon on the Cobra frame design they were available also in .32 S&W and .32 New Police. Advertised for two years only they were superseded by the Colt Agent revolver. Manufactured in 1954, in original but worn factory box. no proof marks, condition 2.
