71 cm barrels with doll's head fastener, concave rib without inscription, extractor, choked 1/4 and full, un-engraved rounded action with underlever fastener, cocking indicators on the tang, unique sidelocks with back-action coil springs and "in-line" tumblers, automatic sliding tang safety, replaced stock of beautifully grained walnut with straight hand 37,5 cm, tear-off fore-end, year of manufacture about 1880, old Birmingham proof marks (obsolete in Austria), action tight but slightly spotty, some pitting in right bore shortly after the chamber, and external pitting beneath the fore-end, therefore condition 3-4. Highly interesting for design collectors.
