73 cm long barrel, with brass-lined octagonal barrel of polished steel, dovetailed front sight and dovetail cut for a second sight, adjustable sights, removed base for aperture sight, gold inlaid panel with maker's name, breech end inlaid with multi-coloured gold bands and ornaments, underlever with spring for tilting the breech end open, iron furniture with fine scroll and figures in Renaissance style, sideplates in shape of dragons, mounts and housing of spring lock with Neptune, steel hooked buttplate with a happy shot and a half bust in front of trophies, artistically carved walnut half stock with angular cheekpiece, rocaille and foliate scroll, right sided thumb rest, blank silver stock oval on fore-end, forged trigger guard with finger rest, double set trigger with needle blade,not original cleaning rod, 110 cm total length, 3,7 kg, year of manufacture about 1830, buttstock glued and filled with putty for an old damage, cocking key missing, needle blade broken off, otherwise condition III-IV.
